Director of Staff Wellness Program
The Director of Staff Wellness Program is responsible for the overall development, management, and administration of a corporate-wide wellness program offered to 10,000+ employees across 11 regions and 5 states. The Director of Staff Wellness Program will create and monitor programs intended to improve the physical, mental, and financial health of our staff and their families by using preventive tools that provide measurable results. Additionally, the DSWP is responsible for assessing the health of our staff population, evaluating supporting data such as claims/loss ratios, absenteeism, worker’s comp claims, and or FMLA to create a targeted program that supports the well-being of our staff and, in turn, reducing premium increases to our medical plans. The DSWP will be responsible for educating employees on financial health and establishing partnerships that support employees to and through retirement. The DSWP will be responsible for executing employee resource groups to provide employees with affinity spaces that are confidential but feel inclusive and supportive to staff across all regions and states.
This is a full-time remote/on-site position based in Texas/Louisiana/Florida/Arkansas/Ohio with preference given to candidates who live in Texas or who are willing to relocate. Travel is required. The Director of Staff Wellness Program will be part of the Benefits Team which supports the organization on a national level and will manage two direct reports.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $73,955 and $90,225, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.
