Regional Literacy Coach
Position Overview: The goal of the Regional Literacy Coach is the improvement of instructional clarity, content and execution of a strong conceptual ELA approach, ensuring that school performance continually outpaces the rate of expansion of the district, through building the content and curricular capacities of regional principals and leaders. The Regional Literacy Coach will expand the knowledge, skills and toolkits of all campus leaders to ensure ELA classrooms are optimum to engage all students in the learning.
Location: This is a full-time (remote/on-site/hybrid) position based in Texas with preference given to candidates who live in Austin, El Paso, Houston, Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa), Rio Grande Valley, San Antonio, and Tarrant County (Fort Worth), or who are willing to relocate.
Travel Expectation: (e.g. up to 40% of the time during the busiest parts of the year)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salaries for people entering this role typically fall between $70,300 and $85,100, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications and in alignment with internal equity. This role is also eligible for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.
