Role Mission: The mission of the HQ Property Management Clerk is to support the HQ Property Director. The role is designed to support daily needs concerning administrative tasks, reception duties and HQ Property Management support.

Compensation: 

 

  • Compensation for this role is set at an hourly rate ranging between $13.50 for 0 years of experience and $16.54.

  • Tuition Reimbursement: Staff members may apply for up to​ 50% of tuition paid toward a qualifying degree program, up to $5,250 maximum per year subject to manager discretion and budget availability. 
  • Employer-Paid Mental/Behavioral Health: 5 face-to-face counseling sessions within a year, unlimited 24/7 telephonic counseling, and other work-life services available at no cost.  

 

Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, generous vacation time, referral bonuses and professional development. IDEA may offer a relocation allowance to defray the cost of moving for this role, if applicable. 

 

Accountabilities:

Support the IDEA Team and hiring manager to which you are assigned to by completing all duties as

assigned, including but not limited to:

  • Completing organizational, operational, logistical, and creative assignments
  • Planning and execution for trainings for district and school leaders
  • Communicating effectively with district and school leaders and staff
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Analyzing data and feedback, reporting as needed
  • Organizing digital copies of workshop materials
  • HR Support (processing of I9 and SB7 documents)
  • Administrative support (receptionist duties, copies, document management)
  • Mail/Parcels receiving and distribution
  • Build relationships among varied stakeholder groups (e.g. managers, directors, colleagues, etc.)
  • Set personal development goals, receive feedback on progress, and make necessary changes in order to reach potential.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities with changing deliverable dates
  • Support IDEA Team to which you are assigned in other critical areas of responsibility, as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  •    Must be reliable and punctual
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be open to observation and feedback
  • Able to work independently when needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
